Bulk Grain and Fertiliser Terminal Manager

Portia Management Services Ltd is the international arm of Peel Ports Limited. Portia provides management, advisory, consultancy, training, financial and other services to ports and related organisations throughout the world.

Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals (FAP) are in the final stages of building the first Bulk Grain and Fertiliser Terminal located at Port Qasim in Pakistan. This prestigious state of the art bulk terminal is due to commence commercial operations later this year and an experienced Terminal Manager is required to manage the operation of the terminal.

As part of their Operations and Maintenance contract with FAP, Portia Management Services Limited is now looking to recruit an experienced Terminal Manager.

The Terminal Manager will oversee and ensure proper management of all the Company's activities in the Terminal.

  • Good communicator with strong inter-personnel skills.
  • Practical experience in bulk terminal operations within the ports industry working with a multi disciplined workforce, in a strategic supervisory capacity.
  • Management experience.
  • Previous international experience.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Membership of an internationally recognised professional institution would be an advantage.
  • Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
